Safety

Safety at ToekomstTech is a shared responsibility. We don't have a full-time safety officer — we have each other. That means every member needs to understand the basics: where the first aid kits are, what to do if something goes wrong, and which machines require training before use.

None of this is meant to be intimidating. Most days the biggest hazard is a hot cup of coffee. But when something does go wrong, a calm and informed response makes all the difference.
